Booth, published by Press of Jennings and Graham in Cincinnati, brown hardback book with gold lettering of the title and author on the front cover, spine, "ASO neuron" written in pen on the first page, black and white image of Andrew Taylor Still opposite title page, "66373" in pen on backside of the title page, "Property of K.C.O.M. Library" stamped on the sides of the book on the edges of the pages, page before Chapter One details changes made for the Second Edition, what has not been changed; 15 cm (W) x 21 cm (H); 428 pages. Front cover has white stains, corners of cover are worn, edges of cover, spine are worn, brown staining around gold lettering on spine, gold lettering has faded, gold decorations on spine has lost material, gash in bottom edge of spine, back cover is warped and has indentations, dark stain in top left corner of back cover, wear, slight separation on binding between the page with the image of Andrew Taylor Still and the title page, pages have darkened. |
