White Dental Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia, stamp on the title page and back page "S.J. Roelike"; 18 cm (w) x 24.5 cm (h) x 5.5 cm (d); 1358 pages. Corners of the covers are slightly worn, some staining on the spine, slight acid burn around edges of the endpages, acid burn along the edges of the textblock, front cover beginning to separate from the binding. |
