Black leather cover with gold lettering on the spine, corners and spine of the cover is red leather, textblock pages are cream with blue and red printed lines, meeting minutes are written in various colored pen ink, first page has a constitution and by-laws taped to the page, meeting minutes are handwritten on the pages by the fraternity secretary, final pages are hand drawn charts recording meeting attendance, small blue paper with notes is loose between page 108 and page 109, meeting minutes written on Travelers Hotel stationary is stuck between page 222 and page 223, newspaper clipping about Joseph Kingsbury loose between page 274 and page 275, small white envelope containing letter from Louise Astell is glued to page 281; 22.5 cm (w) X 35.8 cm (h), 300 pages. Edges of the cover are abraded, white spot on the front cover, piece of tape with the old number is attached to the spine, reddish marks on the back, pages are yellowed.
