First page of a bulletin titled "SATURDAY MAIL QUALITY, AND NOT QUANTITY." attached to page 24 of the Ilgenfritz Scrapbook, bulletin contains an article titled "Driven To Death" followed by one titled "The Largest Funeral" providing information on the suicide and funeral of Marshal John Scott in Kirksville Missouri, handwritten in pencil on the right edge is "Mell Ilgenfritz"; 30.6 cm (w) x 21 cm (h) (unfolded), 13.9 cm (w) x 30.4 cm (h) (folded). Paper yellowing, brown stains, two creases where the bulletin is folded or was formerly folded, tearing along the second crease, top and bottom edges torn, right edge bent and torn, all corners torn and bent.
