(England) / Director" and "Shawn K. Centers, D.O., F.A.C.O.P. / Mary Anne Morelli, D.O., F.A.C.O.P." next to the seal of the OCC portraying a child being held in two hands surrounded by "OSTEOPATHIC CENTER / FOR CHILDREN", handwritten on the original in the upper right corner is "FAXED", letter copied in black ink on white paper; 21.5 cm (w) x 27.8 cm (h). All corners bent and slightly worn, some black marks from copying. |
