Invitation to the American Osteopathic Association Convention in Chicago, Illinois in July 1911, sent to Andrew Taylor Still, invitation in black book with gold printing on the front "Dr. Andrew Taylor Still", interior has the invitation printed on sheepskin paper, signed by G. R. Boyer, M. P. Browning, Roswell F. Connor, Jesse R. McDougall, Ernest R. Proctor, Pauline R. Mantle, Emery Ennis, and A. P. Kostler, bound on the interior with silk ribbon; 16 cm (w) x 20.9 cm (h) x 1 cm (d). Edges of book are worn and discolored, acid burn and foxing on the paper and the endpages of the book. |
