Black hard cover ledger with maroon spine and corner covers, white sticker on front cover "May 31, 1915 to April 12, 1917", manufactured by Buxton and Skinner Stationary, handwritten ledger, at the beginning is alphabetical list of the patient names, the rest of the book is a breakdown of payment from each patient; 22 cm (w) x 35.9 cm (h), 500 pages. Cover in poor condition, edges of the cover are worn off, leather marron covers are disintegrating and falling apart, old catalog number taped to the spine, spine cover completely missing from the spine, paper yellowed, acid burn around the edges, staining on pages throughout.
