Two brown paper with black typed ink and one cream colored paper with black typed ink, "A.T.S." written in red pencil in the top right corner, newsletter begins with a message from the Alpha Tau Sigma Alpha Chapter president, newsletter also contains articles outlining the progress of the refurnishing drive and the changes in membership since the last issue, next the newsletter has articles on the social events organized by the fraternity and sports, lastly the newsletter gives a list of the people who have donated to the refurnishing drive, name and address of recipient on the back of the last page with a green stamp; 21.7 cm (w) X 28 cm (h), 3 pages. Ink is faded, staple holes in the top left corner, one horizontal crease near the center, black marks on the back of some of the pages.
