Magoun to Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation Associates and a list of contributions to the William Garner Sutherland Memorial typed in black ink on white carbon paper with foundation letterhead that reads "The SUTHERLAND CRANIAL TEACHING FOUNDATION, Inc." followed by the names of important members and the location, first letter is addressed to the Board on Novmber 5, second letter is addressed to Rachel and John Woods on October 28, third paper is a list of contributions to the William Garner Sutherland Memorial as of October 31; 21.6 cm (w) x 28.5 cm (h), 3 pp. Yellowing and discoloration, all bottom corners bent, bottom right corner of third page torn off, indents in the top left corners from a paperclip with rust stains on the first and third pages, red and black marks on page one, bottom edges bent, two horizontal creases from folding. |
