Cover is a cream colored cardstock paper with black typed ink, textblock is cream colored paper with black typed ink, newsletter first gives an article asking for suggestions and donations for the next publication of The Pyramid, first article is followed by announcement of the new location of the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Tau Sigma and announcement of a need for book donations for the fraternity library, next the newsletter contains a letters from several officers of the fraternity including the Alpha Chapter faculty advisor, the Alpha Chapter president, and the Grand Chapter president, next the newsletter contains articles summarizing the activities of the Alpha Chapter during the year, publication contained a small slip of carbon copy paper announcing the cancellation of the upcoming Spring Formal, lastly the publication gives a directory of the active and the alumni members of Alpha Tau Sigma; 21.3 cm (w) X 27.5 cm (h), 38 pages. Set of three staple holes along the left margin, edges of the paper is yellowed.
