Brown leather covered ledger, maroon top and bottom edge, middle band of maroon in the middle of the spine, gold lettering on the spine "Bills Receivable", "4", "American School Osteopathy", handwritten ledger, "Buxton and Skinner Printing and Stationary Co." sticker on interior of the front cover, blue, maroon and white marbling on interior front and back covers; 30 cm (w) x 41 cm (h), 203 pages. Edges of the leather are beginning to fray, black staining on front cover, old catalog number sticker taped to the spine, paper yellowed, acid burn around the edges.
