Typed letter addressed to Dr. Roy Harvey from Dr. Dorothy Marsh regarding negotiations between the California Osteopathic Association and the California Medical Association, letter informs Dr. Harvey and the American Osteopathic Association that the negotiations have been discontinued and that the California Osteopathic Association will not accept all of the current conditions of the California Medical Association and the desire to remain a part of the American Osteopathic Association regardless if negotiations continue between the CMA and COA, included with letter is a resolution passed by the COA House of Delegates to continue negotiations and that no portion of an agreement will be become binding until approved by the COA House of Delegates; 21.5 cm (w) x 27.8 cm (h); 3 pages.
