Minutes of the Laughlin Hospital and Clinic Board of Directors printed in black ink on green yellow and white paper, tabs between each year, strip of reinforcement plastic on the back right edge of the pages to keep the hole punches from tearing, records are kept in reverse order; 21.5 cm (w) x 27.9 cm (h) (pages without tab), 22.5 cm (w) x 27.9 cm (h) (pages with tab). Pages yellowing, some black marks, some of the left edges curl down, some corners are bent, some tearing around the hole punches, some discoloration from the adhesive on the reinforcement plastic.
