Heavy acid burn on paper, edges of the front page are torn heavily, "See Page 25" written in ink on the front, page 25 is loose, at bottom of page 25 is handwritten "Page 48" in ink, paper yellowed, envelope is heavily stained and discolored, edges worn and wrinkled, "Manuscript" written on left edge.
