White program with texture cover, binding consists of green string, green shield for Iota Tau Sigma fraternity on the front cover with "IOTA TAU SIGMA" written at the bottom, program for the senior farewell banquet of the Alpha Chapter, includes the menu and a list of the seniors, last three pages are signed in pencil by the other members of the fraternity; 11.5 cm (w) x 17.2 cm (h). String is heavily frayed and faded, cover is stained and discolored, acid burn on back cover, pencil markings smudged, surface dirt, pages yellowed.

Large number of documents in a black binder with masking tape on the spine, correspondence, articles, newspaper clippings, etc. handwritten on the tape "Denver Conn Document Letters", copies of Kauffman's articles, and different information relating to the Denver Polyclinic and Postgraduate College; 23.4 cm (w) x 30 cm (h) x 2.9 cm (d). Staining on cover, tape on spine is torn and heavily degraded, paper is acid burn, edges of paper stick out farther than binder, some items taped to interior of cover, some papers are loose, adhesive residue and staining on the pages.
