Entire newspaper laminated, three "x" pencil marks under article title, paper yellowed, old catalog number and new catalog number stickers attached to the top of each page, large tear in the center of the first page, left and right edges are torn, large tears in the bottom left corner and middle right of the second page, torn along the horizontal crease on the last page along with tears in the center and in the upper right corner.
